Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team at ServiceMaster. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing our marketing program to increase awareness and pursue strategic opportunities on behalf of ServiceMaster.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with experience in prospecting and establishing relationships with new clients, as well as maintaining existing client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including prospects, existing customers, and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**What We Offer:**
