YOUR ROLE:
As an Evening Clinical Supervisor, you will lead our clinical team during the night shift. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within your LPN career.

You will engage with a variety of professionals, from nursing to food service, creating a rewarding atmosphere that emphasizes connection and teamwork.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, and available resources
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective actions
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
- Maintain a current, valid state LPN license and CPR certification
