We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN/LPN to join our team in Assisted Living at Westminster Village. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform assessments to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
About the Role- Provide direct patient care to residents according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Follow the plan of care for each resident within the guidelines of Assisted Living.
- Collaborate with Physicians, Pharmacists, Dietitian, Therapists, and Activities to facilitate communication and execution of the total plan of care.
- Observe and promote infection control measures in accordance with facility policy.
- Protect patient confidentiality in all aspects of care and communication.
- Perform and document assessments of residents, including behavior monitoring, physical assessment, and response to specific medications.
- Respond to emergency calls to the Village or Willows if needed.
