Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Fire Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for performing inspections, testing, and maintenance/repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and State of Department of Health regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately discern and document deficiencies found during inspections
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems
  • Conduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Three years of field experience with Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without assistance
  • Knowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes is a plus
