Key Responsibilities:- Prepare insurance quotes and advise customers on coverage
- Convert quotes into new policies without making cold calls
- Work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.35 per hour
- Opportunities for hybrid work once certified
- Potential to earn additional monthly sales incentives
- Full benefits and pay while training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
