Job Summary

As a seasoned executive, you will serve as the primary strategic business leader of a luxury hotel, responsible for driving guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation. You will verify the implementation of The Ritz-Carlton brand service strategy and brand initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations and increase profit and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
  • Hold property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and guide their individual professional development.
  • Verify that The Ritz-Carlton sales engines are leveraged and initiate independent and proactive sales activities to generate demand.
  • Build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers to promote the property and brand.
  • Represent The Ritz-Carlton in all leadership actions and serve as a passionate brand advocate.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
  • Preferred: 10 or more years' experience in a senior management position of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel.
