About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Specialist to lead our digital media innovation and strategy efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving digital media innovation and strategy forward, with a focus on SEM, Display, and Paid Social for Student Lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital media strategies that drive business results and exceed performance targets.
  • Manage multiple digital media campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency of messaging, targeting, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, generating scorecards and insights to inform optimizations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive digital media innovation and strategy forward.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, policies, and guidelines to continually push advanced thinking and best practices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and digital media, with a proven track record of leading and running successful paid media campaigns.
  • Exceptional ability to mitigate conflict and risk with internal and agency partners.
  • Strong partnership capabilities, with experience managing complex circumstances, conflict, and challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambitious performance and revenue targets, and motivated by driving business results.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEM, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, and SEO.
