Hospital Human Resources Director

The Hospital Human Resources Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic workforce plans, as well as overseeing day-to-day HR operations within a hospital. This role focuses on acquiring, developing, and cultivating the best talent, which is critical to achieving the organization's goal of becoming the best place to work in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the hospital's business plans and strategies.
- HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, employee health and safety, employee learning and development, and HR legal and regulatory compliance.
- Talent Development: Foster a high-performance culture that delivers high-quality patient care and excellent patient experience.
- Employee Engagement: Drive efficiency in overall HR operations, including the implementation of HR enterprise services, oversight of salary, wages, and benefits, and performance on HR operations scorecards and metrics.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a top HR leadership position.
- Hospital experience required.
- Demonstrated track record of driving high organizational performance and high employee engagement.
- BS degree in Business, HR Management, or related field strongly recommended.
- Masters degree or SPHR preferred.
