Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Engtal is seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in project management and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee structural steel projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, driving accountability and ensuring safety compliance.
  • Conduct risk management assessments, ensure quality control, and review shop drawings.
  • Assist with steel erection engineering and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and regular reporting on project status.
  • Build strong relationships with team members at all levels and effectively resolve challenges that arise.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering, ideally within the construction or structural steel industries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience reviewing blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and its application to job management.
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with structural steel or miscellaneous metals.
  • Experience using Bluebeam Revu or Tekla software.
