In this role, you will provide comprehensive support services to help families achieve stability and secure permanent housing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and developing individualized case plans.
- Connecting clients with essential resources such as food assistance, healthcare, and job training programs.
- Advocating for clients' rights and assisting them in navigating complex systems.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families throughout their journey towards self-sufficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of three years of experience working with homeless populations, preferably with a focus on families and children.

- Experience collaborating with DCFS and other agencies involved in housing placement for homeless families.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
