  • The estimated salary range for this position is $44,400 - $48,840 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and the hourly wage of $22.00 - $23.50 in Wakefield, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist families in accessing community supports and services that meet their unique needs.
  • Supervise support staff working in family homes and collaborate with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized family treatment plans, document progress, and prepare reports for review meetings.

Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, Human Services or a related field required; Master's Degree position also available.
  • Up to two years of family support case management experience preferred.
