Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will join a dynamic technical team focused on enhancing manufacturing safety, compliance, efficiency, and productivity within a plant environment. Your role will involve applying engineering principles to address technical challenges while exploring innovative and cost-effective solutions to improve safety, compliance, quality, and delivery. You will drive positive organizational change primarily through the execution of capital improvements related to machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Planning and Development**
- Lead the planning, development, evaluation, and execution of current state analyses and technical projects aimed at achieving future state objectives.

2. **Problem Solving**
- Research, select, and implement solutions to a variety of engineering challenges using logical analysis and technical expertise.
- Gather and analyze data to formulate engineered solutions to complex issues.

3. **Communication**
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various organizational levels, including production staff, maintenance teams, suppliers, peers, supervisors, subject matter experts, and plant leadership.
- Present root cause analyses, project updates, and status reports to leadership members.
- Maintain integrity while engaging with PCC suppliers and internal stakeholders.

4. **Leadership and Teamwork**
- Work within and lead small teams, providing technical support to manufacturing and maintenance personnel.
- Manage project budgets and schedules effectively.

5. **Autonomy**
- Operate with general guidance on tasks and project work, utilizing available tools, resources, and experienced engineers to achieve objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (minimum requirement), preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering-related roles is preferred.
