Compensation: $22-25/hour + potential monthly performance bonuses

Position Overview:
As we continue to expand, we are thrilled to invite a Skincare Specialist to our team in Manhattan. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for wellness and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. In this role, you will conduct skincare consultations, create tailored treatment plans, perform a variety of facial and body treatments, and introduce clients to our innovative wellness services that complement your esthetic offerings.

- Deliver outstanding client consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and expertly perform treatments that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service.
- Educate clients on treatment processes, including pre- and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of each client's sessions.
- Promote retail products and recommend additional Restore therapies to enhance the esthetic experience based on client needs.
- Assist with studio operations, including welcoming clients, answering inquiries, conducting tours, promoting membership options, processing transactions, and operating wellness equipment.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients and guests.
- Embody the vision, mission, and values of Restore, contributing to our positive culture.
- Valid Esthetician license.
- Certification in Cryoskin equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional client care.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
