Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Representative to join our team at ADPI. As a key member of our Employee Services Unit, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our employees and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leave cases, including FMLA, Paid Parental Leave, and Adoption/Foster Care, ensuring compliance and process adherence.
  • Set up employee benefits in Workday, including health, life, disability insurance, retirement plans, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Provide primary contact for HR-related questions from employees and internal customers, spanning payroll, time tracking, benefits, leaves of absence, compensation, performance management, and staffing.
  • Enter employee payroll data with attention to detail, calculating wages and withholdings to ensure accurate paychecks.
  • Support the hiring process, including offers of employment, background screenings, and new hire setup.
  • Ensure data accuracy in Workday, responsible for new hire onboarding, and employee life cycle changes.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 6-12 months of HR or equivalent experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related preferred.
  • 2 years of HR or equivalent customer service experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday preferred.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
