Job Summary

The Deployment and Adoption Center of Excellence is hiring a Transformation Deployment Director to drive deployment of 1LMX releases across all Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BA). This role will report into the VP of 1LMX Deployment and Integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive deployment of 1LMX releases across all Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BA)
  • Establish strong release management practices and work across 1LMX portfolios to ensure adherence to standards
  • Drive daily support and help accelerate legacy systems migration into the 1LMX portfolio of applications
  • Help build out Ahead of Ready plans for all legacy systems and work plans across BA Digital Transformation Officers (DTOs) and application directors
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading large teams made up of technical resources
  • Experience deploying enterprise systems
  • Strong communication skillset
  • Ability to collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure alignment to plans
  • Demonstrated ability to set a strategy and drive execution
  • Proven ability to lead leaders and set clear direction and expectations
  • Ability to travel
  • US citizenship required due to system access
