As part of the Data Science Business Unit, you will support operational teams and marketing departments in defining their data needs and analyzing their data using data science techniques. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Data Analysis: Providing insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points
  • Strategic Support: Offering guidance on data-driven marketing strategies and campaign optimization
  • Machine Learning & Statistics: Developing predictive models to anticipate customer behaviors and inform marketing decisions
  • Data Engineering & DevOps: Ensuring seamless data integration and visualization
  • Data Visualization: Presenting complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner

In addition to supporting clients, you will also contribute to internal activities such as:

  • Developing or enhancing our offerings through training, working groups, internal and external communications, and R&D work
  • Enhancing the firm's visibility by contributing to the publication plan (sector blogs, studies, press releases...) and marketing events
  • Supporting business development by helping to define needs and participating in commercial activities

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A master's degree in engineering or business with a specialization in data analysis, statistics, and marketing
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, SQL, and data modeling
  • Good knowledge and mastery of Data Science and Machine Learning algorithms (supervised methods, unsupervised methods, clustering...)
  • Strong interest in marketing challenges and a good understanding of the luxury, FMCG, energy, banking, and insurance sectors
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik...) and Python visualization tools (dash, plotly)
  • Knowledge of a Cloud environment is appreciated (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Professional proficiency in English is required

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $122,000 to $125,000 depending on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
