About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained across our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring all activities are carried out professionally and to the highest standard.
  • Support managers and team members in achieving exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
  • Inspect and update the status of all rooms and areas assigned, ensuring all linen closets are stocked and equipment is maintained in proper operating order.
  • Turn in ready rooms to the computer as soon as they become available and turn in discrepancies with the front desk daily.
  • Assist in cost control and payroll, and maintain supply inventories.
  • Recommend changes in operating procedures of the department and perform Lost & Found duties according to hotel standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum formal education of a high school diploma and one year of job-related experience.
  • Previous hotel/resort experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to abide by the company appearance standards and compliance with the designated uniform.
  • Dedicated to exceeding service standards and providing services and standards to the highest caliber.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events, as needed.
  • Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
