  • Recognize and promptly address areas requiring immediate cleaning, such as spills or litter.
  • Execute thorough cleaning of all communal areas in accordance with established protocols, including hallways, elevators, and staircases.
  • Handle soiled linens and waste, ensuring adherence to proper disposal methods.
  • Support fellow housekeeping personnel as needed and maintain adequate stock levels in linen and supply storage areas.
  • Report any lost belongings, damages, or guest concerns to the relevant supervisor.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Physical Requirements

  • Physical tasks include operating a vacuum, transporting supplies, bending and kneeling, mobility to access various areas, standing for prolonged periods, and occasional stair climbing.
