Breakfast Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Denver International Airport. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to all guests, responding to their requests and needs in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to recipe and brand standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, restocking supplies and replenishing food and beverages as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety requirements and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Must speak proficient English.
Work Environment:

The work environment is an indoor setting with minimal to moderate noise levels consistent with a hotel environment.

Physical Demands:

The position requires standing more than 2/3 of the time, walking more than 2/3 of the time, and sitting less than 1/3 of the time. The associate will also be required to reach with hands and arms more than 2/3 of the time, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
