Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuroscience Unit

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Trinity Health, a leading Catholic health care system. We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to work in our Neuroscience Unit, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in our Neuroscience Unit, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing evidence-based medicine. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans as needed.
  • Provide complex patient-care procedures specific to your expertise.
  • Collaborate with the care team to achieve patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
  • Provide care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
  • Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
  • Prior experience in the field is preferred.
