About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the New Business team, working closely with Contract Liaisons.
  • Assist with application processing and scheduling key appointments.
  • Utilize basic Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of application processing and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the utility industry (gas, electric, water, or sewer) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
