Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex engineering projects as the main engineer, ensuring top-level technical design.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance and control plans.
  • Enhance the team's technical skills through mentorship and training.
  • Gather and organize technical resources for the team and its projects.
  • Supervise and guide staff in design strategies to fulfill project goals.
  • Review contracts with administrative support.
  • Foster efficient, high-quality work output.
  • Ensure rigorous quality checks on plans.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver successful projects.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 8+ years of related experience.
  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
