Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Delight Restaurant Group. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure that our standards are being met and to provide coaching and feedback to restaurant managers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure that our restaurants are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- Proven track record of success in increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop restaurant managers and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
