Job Title: Theatre Arts Stipend - WTA Position

The Weston Board of Education is seeking a qualified individual to fill the Theatre Arts Stipend - WTA Position. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and artists to provide high-quality arts education to students.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the Theatre Arts program at Weston High School. This includes developing and implementing curriculum, managing budgets, and overseeing the recruitment and training of staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum for Theatre Arts program
  • Manage budgets and resources for program
  • Oversee recruitment and training of staff
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with district goals
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Theatre Arts or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in arts education or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
