About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Pacific Regent Bellevue by Cogir. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents, building relationships, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately, and input into the POS in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all residents.
  • Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
  • Help in the back of the house at the end of food service if needed.
  • Reset tables for the next meal service.
  • Attend all service staff meetings to address problems, concerns, or plans.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.

Requirements:

  • Customer service focus, a big smile, and compassion for our residents.
  • Team player attitude and love working with people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Food Handler's Permit/Serve Safe or ability to obtain (per state regulations).
  • Previous experience in food service or other customer-related fields is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary
