Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmacokinetic consultation and evaluate drug therapy for pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement pathways, best practices, and guidelines for pediatric care.
  • Educate healthcare providers, staff, and patients on pediatric pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with current federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory agency requirements.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
  • Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or 3 years of related specialty experience.
  • Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, travel throughout and between facilities, and work with patients who have known or suspected communicable diseases.
