Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a meticulous and driven individual to fill the role of Commercial Client Support Specialist. This diverse position is vital in maintaining smooth operations across multiple departments, including commercial client support, service administration, and Returns Authorization.
Core Responsibilities
- Address commercial client inquiries through various communication channels, resolving issues related to order processing, pricing, availability, and product compatibility.
- Facilitate order processing for our subsidiary, ensuring effective communication and updates.
- Assist in managing pump shop orders and coordinate timely logistics for delivery and pick-up.
- Oversee Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for defective or incorrectly shipped items stemming from commercial and service orders.
- Provide essential administrative support within the Service Department, including handling service-related communications during the Service Manager's absence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to enhance efficiency and precision in all responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude with a readiness to learn and tackle new challenges.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing position is beneficial.
