Lake Huron Medical Center is a 144-bed community hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient health care services to residents of St. Clair and Sanilac counties.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our award-winning team at Lake Huron Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.
  • Position patients and equipment, and produce an appropriate recording.
  • Process and transmit images to PACS.
Qualifications
  • RDMS (ARDMS) or R (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain.
  • Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
  • Proficient computer skills.
