Job Title: Behavioral Health Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the mental health services provided to our youth, ensuring that they receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement special management programs to address the mental health needs of our youth
  • Review and approve individual treatment plans and progress reports for all youth, handling more severe cases personally
  • Work closely with the Clinical Team to develop behavior management strategies and interventions
  • Coordinate scheduling of on-site therapeutic services and contracted services
  • Assure continuity of care for students by making mental health referrals and providing necessary information and documentation
  • Participate in Child and Family Team meetings and develop crisis schedules as needed
Requirements:
  • Licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with CACIII preferred
  • Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple people and projects, and travel to multiple locations
