Escrow Coordinator Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our fast-paced team in a role assisting the Branch Manager and Escrow Officers with timely and accurate title production.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform front desk receptionist duties in a high-end office environment.
- Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Greet customers and validate parking.
- Enter incoming orders with high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Record legal documents with the appropriate County.
- Communicate with internal and external clients and team members.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby/office.
- Order supplies and lobby snacks, and restock snacks/coffee bar.
- Execute administrative functions to aid departmental processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact with clients.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- 2 years of experience in a real estate/insurance environment.
- High school diploma; degree preferred.
