Transaction Coordinator Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Brooks & Davis Real Estate Firm LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs.
  • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner.
  • Verify each document to ensure it has all the correct signatures and dates.
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules.

Requirements:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills are essential.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Already a licensed realtor or pursuing a real estate license.
