Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting various health assessments, including but not limited to:

  • Surveillance examinations such as hearing conservation and respirator assessments.
  • Operating medical equipment and performing necessary tests.
  • Assisting in case management by scheduling appointments and tracking patient interactions.
  • Collaborating with onsite medical providers for effective case management.
  • Preparing patients for consultations, which includes taking vital signs and administering immunizations.
  • Documenting all medical interactions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Participating in health events such as immunization clinics and wellness fairs.

Administrative Duties:
Your administrative responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling medical appointments and managing incoming calls.
  • Tracking and organizing documentation related to medical examinations.
  • Facilitating communication with external providers and ensuring proper documentation is received.
  • Maintaining clinic supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Completing required training and maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.

Corporate Support:
Support corporate initiatives by:

  • Assisting in data management and administrative tasks for remote sites.
  • Contributing to the organization of meetings and project support as directed.
Qualifications

Required:
- Medical Assistant certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred:
- CAOHC certification
- BAT training
- NIOSH certification
