Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at DuPont. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, manufacturing parts, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery, including sanding buffers, splitters, and embossers, to manufacture parts.
  • Ensure all production is carried out with safety, quality, and production best practices and requirements.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times and initiate emergency procedures as needed.
  • Follow and update operating procedures to ensure efficient production.
  • Inspect and operate testing equipment to ensure product quality.

Requirements:

  • One year of recent manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 6am-2:30pm and 2pm-10:30pm shifts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Manufacturing experience with a safety-first mindset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility with work hours.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Deburring experience.
  • Machine setup skills for production runs.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

$20-$20 per hour.
