Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician I plays a crucial role in the production of drug products for commercial distribution and clinical trials. This position is responsible for assisting with the operation of manufacturing processing equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch record instructions in accordance with regulatory agencies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-process testing, including weight, thickness, and hardness checks, component counting, and basic math calculations.
  • Assist with cleaning of rooms, tools, and equipment.
  • Develop proficiency in basic computing skills.
  • Collaborate with other manufacturing areas as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior manufacturing work environment preferred.
  • cGMP or prior work experience in a regulated environment preferred.
