As a Respiratory Therapist Lead, you'll play a vital role in our Respiratory Therapy department, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-notch respiratory care to our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate shift operations, ensuring seamless delivery of respiratory care services.
  • Provide technical and clinical guidance to staff, promoting excellence in patient care.
  • Assign and monitor work, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the orientation and training of new staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, improving patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience and education.
  • Two years of experience in respiratory care, with a strong focus on pediatric patients.
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
