Respiratory Therapist Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Lead Respiratory Therapist. This is a full-time position on the night shift, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate shift operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of respiratory care services.
  • Provide technical and clinical guidance to staff, promoting excellence in patient care and safety.
  • Assign and monitor work, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and evaluate the performance of assigned staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience and education.
  • Two years' experience in respiratory care, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support and Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
