Position Overview:
Are you passionate about culinary arts, adept at following recipes, and skilled in organization? As a Bakery Production and Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked goods daily for our members. This involves following specific recipes, as well as wrapping, labeling, and storing products to guarantee that our members receive the freshest items for their families.

In this role, you will often manage multiple tasks simultaneously while assisting members with their bakery orders. It is a demanding position, but our bakery team finds it fulfilling, especially as they work together towards a shared goal: ensuring member satisfaction.

Utilization of Technology: Employ digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and foster associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production and product quality.

Operational Excellence: Commit to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence, ensuring that the work area adheres to company policies and quality standards, and assisting members with their purchasing decisions.

Advocacy for Quality: Serve as an ambassador for the bakery department by valuing the member experience and demonstrating a commitment to high-quality service and products.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
