Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Health Benefit Representative to join our team at Centene Corporation. As a Health Benefit Representative, you will play a critical role in selling Fidelis Care products and services to individuals in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify membership growth opportunities in assigned territory and meet or exceed production goals by enrolling individuals in the appropriate Fidelis Care product.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Fidelis Care products, including metal products offered through the New York State of Health (NYSOH), Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Medicare, MLTC, FIDA, and HARP.
  • Interact directly with individuals to conduct needs-based analyses, educate on healthy lifestyles, and assist with application and enrollment processes.
  • Represent Fidelis Care at community events, marketing sites, and in individual homes to generate referrals and build relationships within the community.
  • Deliver presentations to educate and promote Fidelis Care products to individuals, groups, providers, community-based organizations, and local business leaders.
  • Utilize the Sales Force CRM as an activity tracking and lead/referral tracking tool to manage appointments, follow up, and report on activity to management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required; 2-5 years of prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn and utilize the Sales Force CRM.
  • Driver's License required.
