About This Role

Morton's The Steakhouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and maintain a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and drive cost control and labor management.
  • Inspect the establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • Extensive front-of-house knowledge and advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic.
