Job Title: Senior Land Development Project Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact land development projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Mentor junior staff on technical queries related to Land Development projects.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.
  • Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and easement documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development.
