Locum Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Opportunity

In partnership with our esteemed client in Virginia, Jackson and Coker is seeking a skilled Female Medicine Specialist to join their team on a locum basis. This exciting opportunity involves providing comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting, with occasional office visits and 24-hour pager call coverage.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering high-quality medical services, including routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency procedures. A strong emphasis is placed on ensuring exceptional patient care, fostering strong relationships with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records through the use of EPIC EMR software.

About the Role:
- Provide obstetric and gynecological care to patients in a hospital setting
- Offer sporadic office visits and cover 24-hour pager calls as required
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Utilize EPIC EMR software to maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Virginia medical license
- DEA certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
