About the PositionThis is an Open Rank (Assistant, Associate, Professor) position that requires a commitment to clinical care and scholarly activity. The successful candidate will manage patients in clinic, perform routine endoscopic procedures, attend on the inpatient GI service, participate in ongoing clinical research, and assist with teaching of fellows and residents.
Requirements- MD or equivalent degree required
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by the appointment start date
This position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $500,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. The University of Virginia also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
