Job Summary

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance. This includes answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
  • Property & Casualty license
