Job Summary:

The Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Farmington Hills, professionally managed by Benchmark-Pyramid Hotels, is currently seeking Part-time Bistro Attendants to serve the breakfast and/or dinner meal periods. The Bistro Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to hotel guests in the Bistro during meal periods. Also responsible for processing cash, credit card, and room service charges.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to hotel guests in the Bistro during meal periods.
  • Process cash, credit card, and room service charges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and reliable individual with a passion for service.
  • Previous food service and/or bar-tending experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends.
