Part Time Driver for Sales Professional

At the Tom James Company, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Part Time Driver to support our top-selling sales members. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission to be a global leader in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport our Sales Professionals safely to client appointments throughout the Newton, MA area.
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation to meet the needs of our Sales Professionals.
- Adhere to a fluctuating schedule, which may include early morning and evening shifts.
- Maintain a professional image and interface with corporate clients.
- Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently.
- Punctual and regular attendance is crucial.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle provided by the Sales Professional.
- $300,000 in liability and collision insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule.
- Starting pay of $25.00 per hour.
- Overtime pay at 1.5 times hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week.
- 401(k) with employer matching contributions, profit sharing, PTO, and employee stock purchase program.
