  • Client Relations: Forge strong relationships with consignors, providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience throughout the auction process.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report to management on team productivity and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to maximize the value of products across all auctions, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of warehouse experience and 2+ years of leading a team required.
  • Skills: Strong computer knowledge, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; certified to drive forklifts; superior attention to detail; good interpersonal and customer communication skills.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a typical indoor/outdoor yard environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work hours are typically 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
