Tal Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Psychiatry to lead our Psychiatry Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing strategic direction for the team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Psychiatry Department and staff, ensuring that all clinical and administrative functions are running smoothly.
- Lead compliance efforts to ensure that all regulations, including JACO, are met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Psychiatry team, including mentoring and coaching.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in Psychiatry.
- MD degree and Board Certification in Psychiatry.
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
