We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Representative to provide an outstanding experience for every visitor at our establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing their information, distributing keys and room assignments, and addressing any inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.
Compensation:$20 - $22 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls and assist guests with their needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, distribute keys, and securely record payment information.
- Maintain accurate and current hotel guest information through regular bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared and ready for occupancy.
- Address customer complaints and concerns as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Experience in handling telephone inquiries and managing stressful situations effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist.
- Minimum education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
