Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking client interactions and sales activity to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of VinFast electric vehicles, including features, functionality, and competitive landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Client Advisors and other functional teams to ensure a cohesive client sales experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail, client services, or sales
- Skills: Professional communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License
- Automotive Experience: Automotive experience a plus
