The Client Advisor is a key member of the VinFast US sales team, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong passion for electric vehicles, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking client interactions and sales activity to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of VinFast electric vehicles, including features, functionality, and competitive landscape.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Client Advisors and other functional teams to ensure a cohesive client sales experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail, client services, or sales
  • Skills: Professional communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License
  • Automotive Experience: Automotive experience a plus
