We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHS Manager to join our team at ITAC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and administration of our EHS Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement EHS Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Conduct Industrial EHS Assessments

Conduct thorough industrial EHS assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Lead and Coordinate Safety Meetings

Lead and coordinate safety meetings to ensure that all employees are aware of EHS policies and procedures and are empowered to report any concerns or incidents.

Conduct Training and Facilitate Incident Investigations

Conduct training sessions to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures and facilitate incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with Operations Leaders

Collaborate with operations leaders to assess needs and implement documented practices and solutions to ensure EHS compliance.

Requirements
  • OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Certification

Must have OSHA 30 Hour General Industry certification.

Minimum 5 Years of Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience managing EHS programs in industrial, process, manufacturing, or similar general industry organizations.

Advanced Coursework or Training

Advanced coursework or training in EHS subjects and college-level courses and degrees.

Valid Driver's License

Valid driver's license and ability to drive to project sites with company vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 500/501 Certification

OSHA 500/501 certification as an outreach trainer.

Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.

Other EHS-Related Management Certifications

Other EHS-related management certifications.
